I have used the Canada qbank for CDM practice. This is the best and only resource that I found that can be reliable and give a good set of cases to practice. The explanation is really detailed and their support video on the Youtube channel is helpful. I have also done as many cases as possible, especially in the area of family medicine and ethics. I really recommend this resource as part of the mandatory preparation for taking the MCCQE1.

I have always dreamed of serving as a doctor like my grandfather. No matter how much effort I put in I could not start residency due to a insufficient scores on the board exams. I realized how my style of studying for these board exams was wrong. I tried uWorld as most people in the United States suggested and it was not working. Since I was not becoming successful in matching in the United States, I decided to try the Canadian exams and try matching in Canada. It was then I found CanadaQBank. I found that I can take multiple board exam prep courses. The style and formatting of questions was much improved and closer to my thought process. I learned information on a higher level. It was also less expensive so I decided to try the Step 2 CK, Step 2 CS and MCCQE Part 1 exam prep. Viola! I have passed my Step 2 CS exam without a sweat. Hi I subscribed CanadaQBank for MCCQE 1 exam. First of all, the reason I subscribed was they had an option of free subscription for 2 months in case you don't clear the exam (conditions apply!). I thought they must be simply extraordinary, otherwise who ll guarantee like this. I started solving their questions. They were distinct, and explanation was thorough. They covered all topics. And more importantly, when ever I had doubts regarding the questions or explanation, I mailed them and they promptly responded. To be frank, this was my only material. As part of becoming a fully registered staff (consultant) physician in Canada with my Irish credentials I had to write the MCCQE. The last time I managed adults was in my intern year (8 years ago) so needles to say I was a little rusty. With less than 1 month of CanadaQBank I was able to revise enough to pass the MCCQE, in all honesty with most of the work being done in the last 3 days before the exam. The questions were representative and the explanations were helpful. The videos provided nice refreshers on topics as well as useful tips on the types of questions that would come up. I am an IMG, and did my Pediatric residency in NJ. At the time I was studying for MCCQE 1, I was graduated from residency for 5 years. I have study physiology and other specialties again for this exam. It was quite challenging especially coming from another country. Canada Qbank was comprehensive and back to the basics. I used the surgical foundations question bank to supplement my study for the royal college surgical foundations exam. I found it to be a very useful study tool. The app makes it especially useful to be able to review on-the-go and in between cases. I also liked that I was able to refine questions by subject topic so I could work on my weaknesses. Overall and excellent tool that I would recommend to everyone writing this exam.

International medical student writing the mccqe1 and passed first try. CanadaQBank was useful to me for getting used to the CDM's style. I didn't use the mcq's very much and it might've helped get used to shorter stems compared to uworld. Overall happy with my 1 month subscription to fine tune to the qe1 cdms.

I just finished my MD. During my preclinical years, I used QBank to help me prepare to my exam. I chose the questions according to the topic of my exam. During my clerkship, I did QBank to help me study during each rotation. During my las year of MD, I used QBank to prepare the LMCC1 and my final faculty exams. I'm a PGY4 currently completing my second year of Psychiatry registrar training in Australia. I am originally from Canada, and wanted the option to be able to return to Canada once I have completed my registrar training in Australia, so I knew that I needed to pass the MCCQE Part 1 exam. I had previously used CanadaQBank to study for the MCCEE, so I immediately thought of using CanadaQBank again to help me study for the MCCQE1. I purchased a 6-month subscription, which was a perfect amount of time for me to refresh my knowledge on the more general aspects of medicine, as I was not seeing a lot of general practice or specialised surgical presentations in my full-time work in Psychiatry. CanadaQBank also provided me with ways to revise my knowledge of the Canadian ethical aspects of medicine, which can vary slightly from the Australian standards that I have become familiar with over the past several years. I cannot express how much the CanadaQBank exam preparation helped me when studying for the MCCQE1. Canada QBank was a great tool to be able to rigorously prepare for the MCCQE Part 1. The questions were very exam-like, the multiple choice were challenging and the explanations stimulated advanced learning. I went with the 3 month package and a 3-month studying period was sufficient for myself thanks to the depth of content covered by the CQB. I felt very prepared for my MCCQE the day off and left the exam with a great feeling as well.

I registered for 3 months access for my PEBC EE and it was very helpful as a practice for the materials I had studied prior to my registration. I like that there were explanations for each topic and you can create a quiz based on the topics you need to focus on. I was able to pass my PEBC EE on my first attempt and CanadaQBank played a big role in that. I found that there were some areas of study I would have missed otherwise.
