Accessing or Logging into QBank Account

Login failed because your account is not activated.

SOLUTION

Please click on the activation link located in the welcome email.

Payment related issues

If you have successfully made a payment, our payment system PlugNPay or PayPal will email you a digital receipt as proof of payment. CanadaQBank requires a copy of this receipt to resolve any payment related matter

If you are having issues processing a payment, you will need to contact PlugNPay (https://www.plugnpay.com/) or PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/) directly.

USEFUL ANSWERS - Please review the following common issues:

ISSUE

I can log in, but the "Remaining time" for my QBank subscription is not updated.

SOLUTION

Please confirm the email ID which you used to login to CanadaQBank (not PlugNPay or PayPal) when your made your purchase. You will need to login with the SAME email ID you used to login when you made your purchase.

 

ISSUE

I made my payment using my relative/friends PlugNPay or PayPal account. My QBank subscription "Remaining time" is not updated. I need the subscription to reflect in my QBank Account.

SOLUTION

Please have the person who paid for you forward the email receipt to us at [email protected], requesting to apply the payment to your QBank account.

Request for Extension due to Failed Exam
